Eric C. Coyle (Integrity Solutions Consultant) ...

Eric Coyle has 13+ years experience in Engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas Pipeline Design, Construction and Integrity Management Fields. Overall experience includes project requirements gathering, budget creation and maintenance, project engineering, subcontractor supervision (including bid gathering/review/award), work site and construction quality inspections. Eric is known for his ability to manage customer expectations and consistently exceed them all while maintaining a high level of knowledge of a company’s risk beliefs and processes.

Eric has been a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of the AI-Bass-Trigon IMP Pipeline Integrity Software and services, many of which have been deemed "best in class" by OPS (PHMSA) auditors. In addition, Eric has performed the roles of Sr. Engineer and Project Manager for the IMP/IAP software implementation for hazardous liquid and gas transmission pipeline operators.

Eric has experience in compliance process development with the 49CFR192 and 49CFR195 Pipeline Integrity Management Regulations. This includes procedure and plan development as well as providing regulatory and internal audit support.

Eric has also led product development for several GIS based High Consequence Area (HCA) determination methodologies and software tools. With these tools, HCA analyses have been conducted for over 33% of the hazardous liquid pipeline mileage in the U.S and also include over 5% of gas transmission pipeline mileage HCA identification and analysis. These projects have been completed in accordance with the 49CFR195 and 192 HCA Regulations and some analyses have been determined "best in class" applications and methodologies in many DOT audits.
