Mark is an expert on pipeline risk modeling and DOT Pipeline Integrity Management Rules (CFR part 195 / API 1160 for Hazardous Liquid lines and CFR part 192 / ASME B31.8s for Gas Transmission Pipelines), including Integrity Management Plan creation.
Mark possesses a unique combination of strong software application development skills and engineering skills. He is skilled in process development and exceptional ability to convert process into usable software with a proven ability to take a software application from early conception through final deployment.

Mark has been involved in the creation of several pipeline data base applications ranging from risk assessment to integrity management and from desktop to enterprise applications.
