Brian Yeagley has 16+ years experience in Engineering and Project Management including 6+ years in the Oil and Gas Pipeline Integrity Management Field. Overall experience includes project requirements gathering, budget creation and maintenance, project engineering, subcontractor supervision (including bid gathering/review/award), compliance process creation/documentation, audit support and project management (budgeting/scheduling/managing direct reports). Brian is known for his ability to communicate across an organization and facilitate creative thinking and problem solving at all levels.
Brian has been a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of the AI-Bass-Trigon IMP Pipeline Integrity Software. In addition, Brian performed the roles of Sr. Engineer and Project Manager for the IMP / IAP software implementation, pipeline data gathering and pipeline risk assessment projects for several hazardous liquid and gas transmission pipeline operators.
Brian has experience in compliance process development with the 49CFR192 and 49CFR195 Pipeline Integrity Management Regulations. This includes procedure/plan development as well as providing regulatory audit support. Also, Brian has over 10+ years of experience with Environmental, Health and Safety compliance procedure development.
Brian has performed the roles of Sr. Engineer and Project Manager for several GIS based High Consequence Area (HCA) determination projects. These projects have been completed in accordance with the 49CFR195 and 192 HCA Regulations.
