Integrity Assessment Analysis and Documentation:
• Provide compelling visual representation of the three Integrity Assessment
techniques.
• Determine and document pertinent regulatory calculations and response
dates.

Internal Inspection (ILI)



• Calculate Pf / MAOP and required response date for each corrosion anomaly.
• Determine Anomaly Classification per CFR 192.933 or CFR 195.452(h) for
each anomaly.
• Determine/Document Reassessment interval.
• ILI Assessment profile shows:
‣ Map view of specific pipeline section (including HCA regions and dig
sites).
‣ Mechanical Damage (differentiating between Top and Bottom dents).
‣ Pf / MAOP (differentiating between Internal and External metal loss).
‣ Wall Loss % bar graph.

Pressure Test



• Determine/Document Reassessment interval.
• Complete Manufacturing Threat analysis using TTO-5 analysis.
• Pressure Test profile shows:
‣ Map view of specific pipeline section (including HCA regions and dig
sites).
‣ Pressure profile band with MAOP, Test Pressure and 100% SMYS
pressure.
‣ Ground Elevation.
‣ Close Interval On/Off Survey readings (if taken).

External Corrosion Direct Assessment (ECDA)



• Determine assessment response using company ECDA plan or GTI protocol.
• Determine/Document Reassessment interval.
• ECDA profiles show:
‣ Map view of specific pipeline section (including HCA regions, other
appearances, and dig sites).
‣ Ground Elevation.
‣ Close Interval On/Off survey.
‣ DCVG/ACVG.
‣ Soil Resistivity.
